The “T” is all about finishing your throw strong, creating a powerful release with excellent spin and accuracy.

Problems: 

Without the “T” shape, players often struggle with:

  • Decreased Power: Not fully transferring energy through the throw.
  • Increased Arm Stress: Missing out on the support of a strong finish leads to overuse injuries.

Solution: 

Throw against your front leg and follow through:

  • Use your front leg as a pivot point to transfer energy.
  • Create a strong, balanced finish that ensures full energy transfer.
